By converting land to Gujarat, the owner will acquire land rights, and the details of the area will be updated on the income record (7/12 and 8A) and the transformation register in Gujarat. In this article, we will take a closer look at Gujarat land reform.


How E-Dhara has changed Gujarat’s world record system

The application process for the completion of the transformation of Gujarat land through e-Dhara center is described in detail below:

This service is available in Gujarati only.
You will be asked to click the “Apply Online” button to submit the form online or the “Download Form” button to complete the form offline.

The applicant must be prepared with certain service details such as: Job details, Family details, in addition to the basic details of the applicant before submitting an online application.

All * (star) fields are mandatory fields in an online application.
By selecting a language the English or Gujarati language keyboard should be used to complete the application form.

Any incorrect / misleading information provided in the application will result in the refusal of the request by the Department’s management.

If your request is returned for a change or complete incomplete details, kindly submit it within 37 days of your return. If you fail to deliver within 37 days the application will be rejected. The application fee will not be refunded.

Land Mutation (Varsai / Hayati) Document:
Step 1: The applicant needs to submit the application form in the prescribed manner to the dhara center operator.

To download the application modification visit the Gujarat Treasury home page. From the home page,

Step 1: click on E-Dhara Forms. On the new page, a list of E-Dhara application forms will be displayed. By clicking on the download option, you can obtain a printed copy of the application form.

Step 2: Upon receipt of the application, it will be considered. c Get a receipt for approval

Step 3: The operator enters the basic data into a computer from the system and makes two copies of the consent slip. The requester receives one copy of the receipt. Confirmation by Mamlatdar

Step 4: The e-Dhara deputy mamlatdar will verify the details of the application, supporting documents and basic details installed and verify biometrically. The system creates a unique multi-input number and a status switch.

Step 5: The e-Dhara Mamlatdar verifies and performs biometric authentication. The operator will generate notifications from the system and save it with a case file to change the status. Confirmation by Talati

Step 6: Talati will collect the conversion files at the e-Dhara center. He follows the process of changing the situation, that is, bringing notices and taking thanks to the group and waiting for 30 days.

Step 7: The conversion file after competent authority authorization will be sent to the e-Dhara center for further processing.

Step 8: When the process is complete, the conversion file becomes a permanent record that resides in the e-Dhara recording room.
