1. PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION.
(a) All candidates to log in to joinindianarmy.nic.in, check their eligibility status and create their profile.
(b) Online Registration (submission of application) will commence from 15 Sep 2020 and closed on
30 Sep 2020. Candidates who had already registered are not required to registered again.
(c) Candidates will login 10 days prior to the commencement of the rally and take printout of the admit
card which they will carry to Rally Site.
(d) Participation in rally WILL NOT BE PERMITTED without the Admit Card.
2. Army Recruitment Rally will be held for eligible candidates of districts Jamnagar, Porbander, Rajkot, Amreli,
Bhavnagar, Junagarh, Surendranagar, Kutch, Gir Somnath, Batod, Morbi, Devbhumi Dwarka & Diu (UT)
from 10 October 2020 to 19 October 2020 at NDH, High School, Devbhumi Dwarka. Admit Card for the rally
will be sent through register E-mail 10 days prior to the commencement from the rally. Candidates should reach the
venue on given date and time as mentioned in the Admit Card.
3. The screening of candidates will be carried out from above mentioned districts for following categories as per
qualitative requirement:-

How to Apply
All recruitment as Soldiers General Duty, Soldier Technical, Soldier Nursing Asstt, Sol Clerk/Store Keeper Technical and Soldier Tradesman is done through open recruitment rallies. Surveyor Auto Cartographer, Religious Teacher, JCO Catering and Havildar Education are carried out by calling for applications. Aspirants must contact nearest Army Recruiting Office / HQ Recruiting Zone for all details. Rally schedule is also published in leading vernacular language news papers and Employment News. Candidates are to report to rally site and bring following documents in original along with two attested photocopies of each:
- Xth Class Certificate indicating date of birth.
- Xth / XIIth Class marks sheet.
- Character Certificate signed by village Sarpanch (not more than six months old).
- Domicile/Nativity Certificate issued by authorized Govt official
- Caste Certificate issued by authorized Government official.
- Relationship Certificate in case of Son Of Serving Soldier / Ex-Servicemen / War Widow issued by SRO / CRO of Record Office with Serial No., Name and Application of the officer signing the certificate duly affixed with round stamp.
- Relevant Certificate in respect of Outstanding Sportsman.
- National Cadet Corps (NCC) Certificate (A/B/C Certificate if held) signed by the Battalion Commander / Group Commander.

- सर्वप्रथम ध्यायनपूर्वक, पंजीकरण करने के लिए दिए गए सभी दिशा-निर्देशों को पढ़ें और उसके बाद आगे की प्रक्रिया करें।

- अगर आप नए उपयोगकर्ता है तो पंजीकरण टैब पर क्लिक करें। क्लिक करते ही पंजीकरण तालिका विंडो खुल जाएगी और उस आवेदन पत्र में दिए गए सभी स्थाकनों को भर देना होगा।
- अपनी सभी व्य क्तिगत जानकारी ठीक उसी प्रकार दें, जिस प्रकार मैट्रिक प्रमाण पत्र में दी हों। (जैसे- अपना नाम, जन्मेतिथि, पिता का नाम और शैक्षिक योग्यीता)
- अभ्य र्थी सुनिश्चित हों कि पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया के दौरान दिया जाने वाला फोन नम्बार और ई-मेल, पूर्णत: निजी और चालू होनी चाहिए। दूसरों की ई-मेलआईडी या फोन नम्बऔर देना सख्त वर्जित है।
- सुनिश्चित कर लें कि सभी जानकारियों को सही तरीके से भर दिया गया है और उसके बाद, सेव टैब पर क्लिक करें।
- हमारी वेबसाइट पर एक बार आपका पंजीकरण हो जाने के बाद, आपकी ई-मेलआई और मोबाइल नम्बेर पर एक वनटाइम पासवर्ड भेजा जाएगा।
- इसके बाद, सफल पंजीकरण करने के लिए उस ओटीपी को दर्ज कर दें और तत्पईश्चामत ही अभ्यइर्थी की प्रोफाइल, हमारी प्रणाली द्वारा बनाई जाएगी।
- विभिन्नन प्रविष्टियों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करते हेतू सभी अभ्यरर्थियों के लिए पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया अनिवार्य है।
- पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया के बाद आपकी ई-मेल आईडी ही आपका उपयोगकर्ता नाम/यूजरनेम होगा, लेकिन अभ्यणर्थियों को अपना पासवर्ड स्वमयं ही रखना चाहिए (जो कि दस अंकों से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए)। सभी अभ्यार्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अपना उपयोगकर्ता नाम और पासवर्ड याद रखें।
- अगर हमारी वेबसाइट पर आपका एकाउंट पहले से ही है तो आप, अपना उपयोगकर्ता नाम और पासवर्ड डालकर लॉगिन कर सकते हैं
- इसके बाद, आपका प्रोफाइल पेज खुल जाएगा और आप, स्क्रीपन पर अपने डैशबोर्ड को देख सकते हैं।
