Objectives of Deendayal Upadhyaya Rural Skills (DDU-GKY) Scheme
• Deendayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) is a scheme for rural poor youth to develop their skills through employment which is part of the National Summer Livelihood Mission (NRLM) scheme.

Implementation of Deendayal Upadhyaya Rural Skills (DDU-GKY) Scheme
માટે PIA for implementation of this scheme. (Project Implementation Agency) PPP Public Private Partnership) model. P.I.A. Therefore, it is mandatory to provide employment (placement) to 5% of the trainees. The Central Government and the State Government provide 2% and 5% assistance for this scheme respectively.
Deendayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) Beneficiary Selection Rules
• Beneficiaries of DDU-GKY should be rural poor youth from 18 to 5 years of age from poor family.
પરિવાર Job card holder family under MNREGA scheme who has worked for 15 days. Or
RSBY The cardholder must belong to a family. Or
The cardholder of BPL / Antyodaya Anna Yojana should belong to the family. Or
The BPL SHG of the NRLM scheme should be connected.
The name should be in the list of SECC-2011 census of the year 2011.
Benefits of Deendayal Upadhyaya Rural Skills (DDU-GKY) Scheme
• 6 months free training.
મ Training of three important subjects besides the subject of training during the training.

ગણ Free uniform facility (two pairs of T-shirt and hat for young beneficiary and salwar, kurti for young beneficiary)

એસ Provision of PPS (Post Placement Support) of Rs.1.1000 / – per month for all trainees who have got employment after the training and have continued the job for 6 months from 6 months to 6 months, in which (1) 6 months in their district (2)
6 months in other districts (3) In other states up to 6 months per month Rs. 1000 / –
After completion of the training, NCVT (National Counseling Core Vocational Training) is certified by the Government of India.
