I have doubts in this app, because it can track phones or whatever if it has “Wifi” or “Data” but what if the phone is lost far away “without any data” or the “Data is turned off before it got lost”.. How can we still track them or Erase them in case bad guys stole it. Just a guess, No hard feeling.

Absolute garbage App. It’s impossible to use. It refuses to connect via Bluetooth to their own model fan no matter what I try. A pin is required bas well….WHAT PIN NUMBER??? 0000 and 1234 do not work. The instructions and packagings do not mention a PIN either. I am returning the fan to the store
