Gujarat Government declared unlock 4 guideline :
In the midst of a coronavirus crisis across the country, the Central Government (Central Govt) is continuously increasing the exemption in lockdown through the unlock process in a phased manner. Unlock-4 is being implemented in the country from 1 September. The Home Ministry has also released its guideline regarding this. After the Home Ministry, the states are now issuing guidelines regarding exemptions and restrictions as per their conditions.
Somewhere till September the lockdown has been extended, and elsewhere the lockdown is being relaxed. Schools, colleges, educational and coaching institutions will remain closed for students and regular classroom activity till 30 September. But online and secondary education has been allowed. Let’s take a look at the guideline attached to Unlock-4 from the Ministry of Home Affairs.

In the midst of the Corona crisis, the central government is continuously working to bring life back on track through the Unlocked process. In this episode, the guideline of Unlock-4 was also released by the Ministry of Home Affairs on Saturday.
1. Metro service
Metro service has been allowed to start in Unlock-4. From September 7, you will be able to ride the metro. However, metro stations in the Red Zone will remain closed.
2. No e-permit needed
Now the movement of persons and goods from one state to another will not be stopped. No separate approval or e-permit will be required for such movement. The special thing is that without prior consultation with the Central Government, the State / UT Governments will not impose local lockdown.
3. School and College
Schools, colleges, educational and coaching institutions will remain closed for students and regular classroom activity till 30 September. Online or distance education will be allowed. In states and union territories, up to 50 per cent of teaching, non-teaching staff can be called to schools for online teaching, tele-counseling related work.
4. Open theater will open from 21 September
There is a mention in Unlock-4 guidelines regarding the open theater which has been closed since March 25. They have been allowed to open from 21 September.
5. They did not get approval
Cinema Hall, swimming pools, amusement parks, theaters and similar venues in Unlock-4 will remain closed and international air travel will be postponed, except for travel approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
6. Increased number of people at social sites
The guideline has now increased the number of people joining social venues and programs. Social, political, religious programs with a maximum limit of 100 persons have been approved from 21 September. However, social distancing, wearing masks will be mandatory during this period. Also thermal screening will be necessary.
7. Allow political programs
Under Unlock-4, political programs are now allowed to be held across the country. However, it will also be mandatory to wear social distancing, masks. Along with this, thermal screening will have to be done. Actually Bihar assembly elections are due in November, so political programs have been allowed.
8. Instructions for businessmen
National instructions for Kovid-19 management will be followed throughout the country, including ensuring social distance. The stores will need to maintain sufficient physical distance between customers.
