According to Rajasthan News, schools from class 9th to 12th will not open from September 21, 2020. Only children with the written permission of parents will be able to go for guidance.
This is only a permission and state governments will decide whether the schools will reopen in their states.
When will the school open in Rajasthan
Schools in some states have been allowed to partially reopen from 21 September. These states include Haryana, Nagaland, Assam, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh. Several states, including Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat etc. have warned to remain closed in September.
After a gap of 5 months, schools in the country will start opening partially on September 21, 2020. The Ministry of Home Affairs has allowed schools to be partially opened to teaching and non-teaching staff. Students in classes 9 to 12 will also be allowed to attend the school, however, strictly on a voluntary basis.
Is it compulsory to go to school?
Attendance of students in schools reopening from 21 September is not compulsory, but voluntary. Only those students who want to go to school to seek guidance from their teachers. Online classes will continue during this time. Also, students who do not want to go to school do not have to come to school.

Will online classes continue even after school reopens in my state?
Yes, online classes will continue as schools are not re-opening for regular classes. As per 4.0 guidelines, online classes will continue as per schedule even if the schools partially reopen.
Schools in my state are opening tomorrow, I am in class 8, do I have to go to school?
Schools will be closed for all students till class 8. Only students of classes 9 to 12 are allowed to come to school on voluntary basis. No school can ask students of classes 1 to 8 to attend classes in September.
